No refunds are issued after 24 hours of first access. By activating any subscription (Centurion, Imperator, Julius Caesar) or Founding Member lifetime access, you acknowledge that the Service delivers immediate digital value — live signals, AI requests, whale tracking, and data access — from the moment of first login. All sales are final once 24 hours have elapsed from first access.

• All recurring plans (Centurion, Imperator, Julius Caesar): no refund after 24h of first use.
• Founding Member ($399 one-time): no refund after 24h of first access.
• AI Trading Packs (add-ons): non-refundable once any request has been consumed.
• Legionary (24h free trial): no charge applies.
