1. Who we are
Ave Signal ("we," "us," "our") operates avesignal.com and the Ave Signal market intelligence terminal. Questions about this policy: support@avesignal.com
2. What we collect
- Account info: email address, display name, subscription plan, account creation date.
- Usage info: pages viewed, features accessed, signals unlocked, AI requests made, session duration.
- Billing info: subscription status, plan type, last 4 digits of card (for display only). All card data is handled exclusively by Stripe — we never store card numbers, CVV, or expiry dates.
- Newsletter & waitlist: email address, consent timestamp, subscription source.
- Contact form: name, email, message content.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, device type, referring URL — collected for security and analytics.
3. How we use it
- To provide and operate the Service (account access, signals, terminal features)
- To process payments and manage subscriptions via Stripe
- To send transactional emails (confirmation, receipts, password reset)
- To send The Imperium News newsletter (only with your explicit consent)
- To improve the product through aggregate usage analytics
- To respond to support requests
- To comply with legal obligations
We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers.
4. Who has access (sub-processors)
- Stripe — payment processing (PCI-DSS Level 1)
- Supabase — database and authentication
- Resend — transactional and newsletter email delivery
- Cloudflare — content delivery and DNS
None of these providers are authorized to use your data for their own marketing purposes.
5. How long we keep your data
- Account data: while your account is active, plus 12 months after deletion
- Newsletter subscribers: until you unsubscribe
- Payment records: 10 years (legal/tax requirement)
- Contact form submissions: 24 months
- Server logs: 90 days
6. Cookies
We use essential cookies only (authentication session, security). We do not use advertising or behavioral tracking cookies.
7. Your rights
You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing support@avesignal.com. We respond within 30 days. To unsubscribe from The Imperium News, use the 1-click unsubscribe link in any email.
8. Security
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text. Payment data is handled exclusively by Stripe.
9. Changes to this policy
Material changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days before they take effect. The "Last Updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
